Kuala Selangor & Sekinchan One Day Trip

It was a beautiful Sunday, with sunny weather and white clouds. Me and my family were on the way to the Northwest of Peninsular Malaysia on 25 Sep 2016. We were following the tour group in this trip, all passengers must be gathered at the appointed place and waiting for the travel bus. Me, my mom, aunt and my grandmother were gathered at the petrol station that near my house and waiting for our bus to come. The travel bus reached almost 6:30 am and a journey is about to begin.
Although the bus is an old version but our travel packages is a VIP, there are 38 seats only,so we can sit comfortably and spaciously.
Actually, my aunt is decided to pay the normal packages, but the VIP packages just need to add RM20 and we can enjoy a "spacious seat" HAHAHA.
We spend almost 2 hours to reach Kuala Selangor, actually we can reach
there by using 1 hour, but the tour guide and driver even don't know
how to go... ( actually the bus driver almost 70 age, we cannot blame him :(... )
So, we reached our first station.
Bukit Melawati !
It cost RM5 per pax. (can't believe that include GST. LOL )
Board on the train to go inside.
Big boom and me!
The panorama view from Bukit Melawati!
Finally, I found my friends! ( just kidding! HAHA )
The monkey sit in one row tidily.
There are also some stalls selling fruits and vegetables for those tourists to feed the monkeys.
After that, we went to visit the landmark of Kuala Selangor.
This is the landmark of Kuala Selangor, Museum in Bukit Melawati.
Finally, we went to the next station, Sekinchan! Sekinchan not far from Kuala Selangor. It is just another 30 minutes drive to this village. Sekinchan is a beach side village, it's recognized as a famous paddy field. It's name in Chinese 适耕庄 ( pronounced "Shi Geng Zhuang" )is translated directly from the phonetics of Sekinchan because it means "suitable for farming". After about 30 minutes, we reached Sekinchan and have a lunch in a restaurant.

Their foods were really delicious, (maybe because i'm too hungry) our dishes include seafood, vegetable, salty flavor chicken wings and seaweed & egg soup. After lunch, we headed for the beach, Redang Beach in Sekinchan.
We reached Redang Beach around 20 minutes, beside the beach we can see there are many food stalls. There are not only food stalls, and also souvenir store and Chinese temple.
Coca-Cola souvenir cabin. Souvenirs, t-shirts and other handmade articles available here.
The wishing tree. :)
You will get a red ribbon if you donate money, after that you can write down your wish and then throw it up let the ribbon hang in on the tree.
Cane chair swing?
In here, the hot sun makes my eyes until can't open it, but you still can feel the cool sea breeze. After enjoying the sea breeze, we changed to the next station, the landmark of Sekinchan - Paddy Field Museum and factory.
The paddy museum and the ticket is RM5 per pax, my aunt and grandmother have visited the museum, but me and my mom skipped it.
Tadaa! In front of me are green paddy fields.
There are some farmers cultivating in the verdant paddy fields.
A native product stall beside the paddy factory.
Random shot in the stall, the scenery outside the window looks like a painting.
My aunt bought a small cup of Cendol that sold in the paddy factory, it cost RM5. ( Yes, this small cup of Cendol cost 5 Ringgit.....hmmm ) OK, is time to say goodbye to paddy fields, we headed for the last station after that.
Here is our last station - Mango King. This station would be my favorite station because I am the "Mango King" HAHAHA.
Its not only sell the mango, and also sell the banana biscuit and popcorn.
My mom bought 4 mangoes and its cost RM9.50.
The mango is bigger than my head, HAHA.
We have dinner here after the end of the trip, some of their dishes are stale, they cooked the dishes very spicy to cover the stale taste, especially the seafood such as clams, prawns and crabs.
Looks good, but taste unpalatable.
After dinner, we officially ended the whole day trip.
Good Bye Sekinchan, and backed to KL.
Memorable trip that close to nature. :)
It means " I love Sekinchan " :)
